Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Fairless Fun LLC, DBA Funzilla (Funzilla Fairless Hills), 500 Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 (“Funzilla”, “we”). Questions about this policy: info@funzillapa.com or 215-488-7352.

What we collect, and why

What you send us. If you use a form (party planner, group inquiry, Text Club, party guest return pass, contact, job or fundraiser inquiry) or email us, we receive what you type, such as your name, email, phone, group size and preferred date. We use it to answer you and plan your visit.
The optional email step before booking. If you enter your email before going to our booking system, the party team can follow up if checkout gets stuck. You can skip it; skipping saves nothing.
Bookings, tickets, payments and waivers. These happen on our booking and waiver system (CenterEdge), which has its own privacy terms. We receive your booking details so we can run your visit.
Party guest return pass. If you save your return pass on the party guest page, we keep your email, and optionally your first name, your child’s birthday month and your mobile number, with our email and text provider (Brevo) to send the pass reminder. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Text messages (SMS)

If you join the Funzilla Text Club by ticking the SMS box on one of our forms (it’s never pre-ticked), Fairless Fun LLC, DBA Funzilla, keeps your mobile number, the time you agreed, the wording you agreed to and where you signed up, so we can send you recurring automated marketing texts (deals, session alerts and closure notices, up to 4 msgs/month) as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Questions: info@funzillapa.com or 215-488-7352.
