Frequently Asked Questions — Funzilla Fairless Hills

Waivers, socks, food, tickets and what to expect before you walk through the door.

First visit

Before you go.

Who needs to sign a waiver at Funzilla?

Every participant needs a signed liability waiver before playing. Guests 18 and older sign their own, and only a parent or legal guardian can sign for a child under 18, so you can’t sign for someone else’s child. Waivers can be completed online or at the park and stay on file once signed.

Do I sign the waiver before or after buying?

Before, if you can. Funzilla’s rules call for a signed waiver before purchase and play. Sign online at the waiver link for every jumper (a parent or legal guardian signs for anyone under 18), then buy tickets for your start time. Already bought? Sign now, before you arrive, for a quicker check-in. Going to a party? See the party guest page.

Are grip socks required?

Yes. Only Funzilla-branded grip socks are allowed for participants, and they cost $3.50 a pair. They’re reusable, so bring them back on your next visit instead of buying another pair. Socks are sold separately from Jump & Play packages, while birthday party packages already include jump socks for party jumpers. They’re required for all jumpers, no exceptions.

Who needs a ticket? Do babies and toddlers pay?

Everyone ages 2 and up needs to buy one of the Jump & Play packages. Kids 1 and under are free with a paying adult. Funzilla grip socks are required for all jumpers, no exceptions, including little ones who play free. Adults who are only watching don’t need a package.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed at Funzilla; the concession stand serves hot dogs, pizza, pretzels and more. The one exception is birthday parties, where hosts may bring a cake or cupcakes and order all other party food and drinks through Funzilla. A refrigerator and freezer are available on premises.

Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome when there’s space, but Funzilla recommends buying tickets in advance because capacity is limited. Pre-purchase online through CenterEdge, sign your waivers before you arrive, and check today’s hours. Birthday parties always need a reservation and a 50% non-refundable deposit; walk-up parties aren’t accommodated.

Are all attractions always open?

All attractions are scheduled to be open during regular hours, but some may be unavailable while Funzilla hosts a private event or closes an attraction for maintenance. If a specific attraction, like go-karts or Omni VR, is the reason for your trip, call 215-488-7352 before you come to confirm it’s running.

Tickets, payment & discounts

Tickets & payment.

Is there an entrance fee?

There is no admission to the facility. Simply pay for only the kids or adults who are going to be participating in the attractions.

Do spectators or parents have to pay?

No. Funzilla never charges an entrance fee. Only guests using the attractions need a Jump & Play package, so parents, grandparents and caregivers who are just watching come in free. Every participant needs a signed liability waiver, and children under 16 cannot be dropped off without an adult.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount with a valid military ID on our regular open Jump/Play rates. It is not valid on specials, parties or other discounts.

I have a coupon that excludes holidays. What is considered a holiday?

The general rule of thumb is days our local school district is closed for a holiday or break. This includes, but is not limited to, New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Eid al-Fitr, Spring Break, Teacher Grading Days, Election Day, Fourth of July, Yom Kippur, Juneteenth, Rosh Hashanah, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents’ Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break (12/24/26–1/1/27) and Diwali. We recommend calling before your visit to verify use of any coupons.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Unused tickets stay in your account for up to one year, so contact Funzilla at 215-488-7352 or info@funzillapa.com with a new date and time for your visit. Birthday parties follow separate deposit and reschedule rules, listed on the Birthday Parties page.

Do you accept Apple Pay?

Yes, we accept Apple Pay.

What’s your decorations and balloon policy?

You are welcome to decorate during your party time, but decorations cannot be taped or hung on the walls. We do not allow confetti, silly string or piñatas, and all balloons must be inflated with a weighted base. Any violation of these rules is subject to a $100 cleaning fee.

What time do I arrive for the birthday party?

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Is the cake included?

We do not provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods: large plates, cake plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths. Our party hosts are prepared with cake cutters and lighters.

What is the gratuity?

We charge a mandatory 10% gratuity on the entire bill. This amount goes directly to the staff that took care of your special event.

I need to cancel my party. Can I receive a refund?

All deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event up to one year from the original booking date. A birthday party can be rescheduled for free up to three days before the party. Rescheduling less than 72 hours prior costs $50 two days prior, $100 one day prior and $150 on the day.
