General Questions

We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance as we have limited capacity.
There is no admission to the facility. Simply pay for only the kids or adults who are going to be participating in the attractions.
Yes. Every jumper needs to have a liability waiver signed. Waivers are located on our website and at our Park as well. Ages 18 and over are required to sign their own waiver. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not need to be present when you visit the facility.
Only the parent/legal guardian can sign a waiver for a child under 18. The waiver can be done online or in-store. Waivers only need to be filled out once and it stays on file with us. If you are bringing someone else's child please make sure that the parents fill out the waiver online on our website.
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Funzilla offers a concession stand with hot dogs, pizza, pretzels, etc.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount with a valid military ID on our regular open Jump/Play rates. (Not valid on specials, parties, or other discounts)
Yes, we do!
All attractions and activities are scheduled to be open when Funzilla is open however there may be times when we are hosting a private event and some attractions may not be available to the public. Or there may be times we may have to close an attraction for maintenance.
While every child under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver, children under 10 years old cannot be dropped off without an adult. Please ensure all children understand the rules and regulations of the park before dropping them off to jump.
While jumpers are required to pay general admission, non-jumpers are never charged admission.
The general rule of thumb are days that our local school district is closed for the Holiday/Break. This includes, but is not limited to: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Spring Break, Election Day, Fourth of July, Yom Kippur, Junteenth, Rosh Hashanah, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break and Diwali. We do recommend calling prior to your visit to verify use of any coupons.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they will stay unused in your account for up to one year. You can contact us with a new date and time when you would like to visit again.
We only allow Funzilla branded grip socks. The cost is $3.00. Jump socks are reusable so be sure to keep yours for future visits!

Birthday Questions

Yes, we have both on premises for use.
Decorations cannot be taped to the wall. We do not allow confetti decoration or silly strings. We ask that all balloons must have a weighted base. We do not allow PiƱatas. Any violation of these rules is subject to a $100 cleaning fee.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
We do not provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods (plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths)
We charge a mandatory 10% gratuity on entire bill. This amount goes directly to the staff that took care of your special event.
Absolutely! You are welcome to dazzle your party during your allotted time, however, we do not allow objects to be hung on our walls. Upon arrival, decorations must be assembled, and balloons should be inflated with an attached weight.
Yes! We supply all paper goods to include large plates, cake plates napkins, and forks too! Additionally, our party hosts are prepared with cake cutters, and lighters.
All deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event up to one year from the original booking date. Birthday party can be rescheduled for FREE up to three days before the party. The following fees will be applied for those rescheduling less than 72 hours prior; 2 Days prior - $50, 1 Day prior - $100, Day of $150
